Delete your RIVULT account

Delete in the app

Once the RIVULT in-app deletion flow is available in production, sign in, open your account/profile settings, choose Delete Account, review the warning, and confirm. RIVULT may ask you to sign in again to verify that you own the account.

Request deletion if you cannot access the app

Send a deletion request to rivultapp@gmail.com from the email address associated with your RIVULT account. Include the account email address and any non-sensitive information RIVULT needs to locate the account. RIVULT may require additional verification before acting on a request.

What deletion covers

When a deletion request is verified and completed, RIVULT intends to remove the account, profile information, profile media, user-owned feed posts and media, availability, player relationships and requests, invites, notifications, and other user-owned information that is not required to be retained.

Shared matches, venue records, and game records may need to be preserved for other users. In those cases, RIVULT should remove the account's participation or anonymize attribution rather than destroy another user's legitimate shared record. Technical backups, security records, and information RIVULT is legally required to retain may follow a separate retention process.

Processing

RIVULT does not state a deletion-processing timeframe until the production workflow and support process are operational. The official support contact and deletion process must be configured before this page is submitted to Google Play.
