Accounts and responsibility

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity that occurs through your account. RIVULT may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, or are required to be restricted by law.

Acceptable use and content

Do not use RIVULT to harass, threaten, discriminate against, defraud, impersonate, exploit, or harm others. Do not post unlawful, infringing, misleading, sexually explicit, violent, or otherwise inappropriate content. You must have the rights needed to upload any photo, video, text, venue information, or other content you provide.

You retain responsibility for your content. You grant RIVULT the limited rights needed to host, process, display, and distribute that content through the features you use. RIVULT may remove content or restrict accounts consistent with these Terms and applicable law.

Matches, physical activity, and venues

RIVULT helps users discover and organize activities, players, fields, and venues. RIVULT does not supervise physical matches or activities and does not guarantee player identity, participant conduct, venue safety, availability, pricing, match quality, or the accuracy of user-provided information.

You decide whether to participate in an activity, meet another user, or visit a venue, and you do so at your own risk. You are responsible for considering your health, physical ability, safety, equipment, insurance, local laws, and any venue rules. Venue owners are responsible for the information, pricing, schedules, media, and services they publish.

Location, EA FC, and third parties

Location features depend on your device permissions and may be unavailable or inaccurate. EA FC-related profiles and activities are user-created RIVULT features and are not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Electronic Arts unless RIVULT states otherwise. Third-party services, maps, app stores, and venues are governed by their own terms and policies.

Availability, disclaimers, and liability

RIVULT may change, suspend, or discontinue features. To the extent permitted by applicable law, RIVULT is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose. Liability limitations and any mandatory consumer rights must be finalized for the jurisdiction in which RIVULT operates.

Intellectual property and changes

RIVULT branding, software, and service materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms may be updated when the service or legal requirements change. Continued use after an updated version becomes effective is subject to applicable law.

Legal operator information

RIVULT is identified as the operator of this service. A governing jurisdiction and any company-registration or address disclosure required for the launch jurisdiction have not yet been provided and must be added by the owner before public launch.
