Information RIVULT processes

RIVULT processes account and profile information you provide, including your email address, Firebase account identifier, name, display name or username, city or area, selected sports, preferences, availability, profile photo, and venue-owner information where applicable.

RIVULT also processes user-generated content you choose to provide, including feed posts, photos, videos, field photos, venue media, and related activity. Match participation, invitations, player connections, notifications, sports statistics, and EA FC profile or game-history information may also be processed when you use those features.

Location and media

With your permission, RIVULT may access your approximate or precise device location to show nearby fields, venues, matches, and map content. You can decline or change location permission in your device settings; some location-based features may then be less useful.

RIVULT accesses photos or the camera only when you choose to add media to your profile, a field, a venue, or a post. The selected media is processed to provide that feature and may be visible to other authenticated RIVULT users where the feature is designed to share it.

How information is used

RIVULT uses information to create and secure accounts; present profiles and venue information; enable map discovery, matches, invitations, availability, feed activity, sports statistics, and media uploads; respond to support requests; and maintain and improve the service.

Service providers and sharing

RIVULT uses Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Firebase Storage to provide authentication, database, and media-storage functionality. MapLibre and OpenFreeMap map styles/tiles are used to present map content. Google Play Services Location is used on Android for location features, and native Apple Photos, Camera, and Location frameworks are used on iOS when you choose those features. Coil is used in the Android app to load images.

These providers may process information necessary to provide their infrastructure or map/location functionality. RIVULT does not represent that these providers receive no technical information; network requests necessarily involve technical data such as IP address and device/browser information under their own policies. The current app does not directly integrate Firebase Analytics or Crashlytics.

Retention and deletion

RIVULT retains account and content information while your account is active and as needed to operate the service. When account deletion is completed, RIVULT intends to delete user-owned account information and media that are not required to be retained, while shared records such as matches or venue records may be anonymized or adjusted to avoid destroying other users' legitimate records.

Security

RIVULT uses Firebase security controls and authenticated access mechanisms designed for the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and users should protect their account credentials and report suspected unauthorized access.

Children and international use

RIVULT is not directed to children below the minimum age permitted by applicable law. Do not use RIVULT if you are not legally permitted to do so. RIVULT services and providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live.

Updates

RIVULT may update this Privacy Policy when the service, legal requirements, or processing practices change. The effective date will be updated when a revised policy is published.

Legal operator information

RIVULT is identified as the operator of this service. A governing jurisdiction and any company-registration or address disclosure required for the launch jurisdiction have not yet been provided and must be added by the owner before public launch.
